Revealing Contacts And How Credits Work

How reveals are priced: one credit per field, already-unlocked is free, and not-found is free.

One credit per field

Email and phone are revealed separately, and each one costs one credit. Revealing both the email and the phone for a business costs two credits.

Pay only for what you reveal. Browsing search results and viewing business details (name, category, location, rating, reviews, website) is free. Credits are spent at the moment you unlock a contact field.

Already-unlocked is free

Once your workspace has revealed a field for a business, it stays unlocked for your whole workspace. Viewing it again, revealing it again, or including it in an export never charges a second time.

This also means teammates share unlocked contacts, so two people do not pay twice for the same business.

Not-found is free

If Fullpilot cannot find a particular field for a business, you are not charged for that field. You only pay for contact data we actually surface.

For example, if a business has a phone but no findable email, revealing both fields charges one credit for the phone and nothing for the email.

What a reveal includes

A reveal returns the contact value plus the owner or operator name, quality indicators for the email and phone, and a confidence score.

These extra signals come with the match at no additional credit cost, so you can judge how reliable a contact is before you reach out.
