Exporting Your Leads

Choose a scope and fields, understand the All, Revealed, and To-unlock tabs, confirm cost, and download.

Starting an export

From your search results, open Export. An export builds a CSV in the background so you can keep working while it runs.

You choose three things: which population to export, how many records, and which fields to include.

Scope: all or a set number

Export the entire result set, or cap it at a specific number of records. Capping is useful when you only want the top slice of a large market.

A single export is bounded by a maximum row count, so very large markets export in a predictable batch.

The All, Revealed, and To-unlock tabs

All leads: exports the whole result set. Leads you have already revealed come along for free, and any not-yet-revealed leads in the export get unlocked and charged.

Revealed: exports only contacts your workspace has already unlocked. This is always free because nothing new is revealed.

To unlock: exports the not-yet-revealed leads and unlocks them as part of the job, so this is the population that costs credits.

Choosing fields

Pick the columns you want in the CSV. Business fields such as name, category, city, region, and website are free.

Email and phone are the billable fields: each one costs one credit per newly revealed lead. Owner name, email and phone quality, and confidence come with the match for free.

Cost confirmation

Before the job starts, Fullpilot shows an upper-bound cost: the number of not-yet-revealed leads multiplied by the number of billable fields you picked.

It is an upper bound because already-unlocked and not-found fields are never charged, so the real cost is usually lower. If your balance is below the upper bound, the job is blocked until you have enough credits.

Job status and downloading

Exports move through queued, processing, and then ready. You can watch progress on the Exports page, which shows how many rows are done.

When a job is ready, download the CSV from the Exports page. Finished and in-progress jobs are listed there with filters and paging so a busy workspace stays manageable.

Canceling an export

You can cancel a queued or running export from the Exports page. Cancelling stops the job and any in-progress unlocks, so no further credits are charged.

Credits already spent to reveal contacts before you cancelled are not refunded, so cancelling may not save credits already used.
