Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

This guide will help you get started with Fullpilot and create your first automation quickly.

Step 1: Create an Account

  1. Visit Fullpilot.com in your web browser
  2. Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox

Step 2: Navigate the Dashboard

Once you've logged in, you'll see the Fullpilot dashboard, which includes:

  • Home View: Where you can create new tasks and type what you want to automate
  • Recent Tasks: In the sidebar, you can view and switch between your previously created tasks
  • User Settings: Access your account and organization settings

Step 3: Create Your First Automation

  1. From the dashboard, type a description of what you want to automate in the main input field

    • Example: "Every morning, check my Gmail for new emails with attachments, extract key information, and send me a summary"
  2. Click "Create" to generate a new automation based on your description

  3. Fullpilot will process your request and create a task aimed at solving your automation need

Step 4: Review Your Automation

After Fullpilot creates your automation:

  1. You'll see the AI agent's responses and suggested approach to your automation
  2. The system will guide you through any necessary steps to implement the automation
  3. If integrations are needed, you'll be prompted to connect the required services

Step 5: Deploy Your Automation

When your automation is ready:

  1. You'll see options to deploy it in the conversation
  2. Click "Deploy" to activate your automation
  3. The system will set up the automation according to the discussed requirements

Step 6: Monitor Your Automations

After deploying:

  1. You can view active automations by clicking the deployment status indicator

  2. The Deployment Dialog shows you detailed information about your automation:

    • Current status (running, paused, stopped)
    • Performance metrics (total runs, successful runs, etc.)
    • Recent activity
    • Options to pause or stop the automation
  3. For each automation run, the Run Dialog provides:

    • Step-by-step execution details
    • Results of each step
    • Overall run status and duration

Step 7: Manage Your Tasks

To switch between or manage different automations:

  1. Use the sidebar to view your "Recent Tasks"
  2. Click on any task to open its conversation history
  3. You can create a new task at any time by clicking "New Task" in the sidebar or starting fresh from the home view
